National Day of Reflection Tuesday 23rd March 2021
Since the first lockdown began in March 2020, hundreds of thousands of people have died. Too many lives have been cut short and millions have been bereaved. Sadly this includes many of our own colleagues and families.
Behind the statistics and whatever the cause, every death has been devastating for the people left behind.
Tuesday 23rd March 2021 marks the first anniversary and everyone is encouraged to reflect, in their own way, on what has happened, who we have lost and the impact this pandemic has had on all our lives.
There will be a minutes silence at 12 noon and a 'shine a light' opportunity at 8pm should you feel this is appropriate for you to support those who have been bereaved.
