Widow(er)s Pension for Life Campaign - Court Result

Following the hearing in the High Court a few weeks ago, it was announced on Friday that the claim has been dismissed.

The better news is that the Judge has given leave for appeal on two issues:-

The application of the right to marry and

The Judge’s judgement!

As you can appreciate this is extremely disappointing, and NARPO nationally and the Police Federation will consider the next steps.
