Message from Alan Lees re the early release of PC Andrew Harpers killers.

Following the news of the consideration of the release of two men under the Sentencing Act, I contacted the National Police Federation, Police Superintendents Association and Chief Police Officers Staff Association. The Police Federation is leading on this matter, which has raised concerns amongst our members, and pledged NARPO's support in their campaigning.

Our President agrees that NARPO will give whatever support it can within its Articles and Rules.
