(Ideal for Retired or Retiring Police Officers)

We are a thriving, fast‑growing company and a trusted provider of high‑quality services to blue‑chip insurers and leading law firms across the UK. Our reputation is built on professionalism, integrity, accuracy, and trust — values that strongly align with those developed through a career in policing or law enforcement.

We are keen to welcome a new member to our established and supportive team. This role would particularly suit retired or retiring police officers who are looking for a structured, meaningful role where their experience, attention to detail, and professional judgement are genuinely valued — without shift work or weekend duties.

The Role

This is a varied administrative position that rewards precision, organisation, and clear communication.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and presenting clear, accurate reports for the insurance and legal sector in relation to vehicle hire claims

  • Working closely with colleagues to share information and support wider team objectives
  • Managing and prioritising workload effectively to meet daily deadlines
  • Attending court as and when necessary

This is an office‑based role, Monday to Friday, with no weekend or shift work.

The Person

We welcome applications from individuals who bring professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Experience gained in policing, investigation, casework, custody, or public‑facing operational roles is highly transferable and strongly valued.

You will ideally demonstrate:

  • Experience in an administrative, operational, or case‑management environment (formal office experience is welcome but not essential where transferable skills are evident)
  • Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems with training
  • Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to remain calm, focused, and effective when working to deadlines
  • A proactive and dependable approach, with the confidence to take initiative and support colleagues

A minimum of GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics is required.
