West Midlands Police Pensions Portal
After a number of phone call from member enquiries have been made with West Midlands Police Pensions concerning the Pensions Portal not being available for some weeks.
The West Midlands Police have been up grading the Main Frame Servers and in doing so it's effected some of the external programmes the Pension Portal being one. They are trying to resolve the issue.
Police Pensions have taken the step of producing September's payslips and posting them out to all retired officer's and should arrive sometime after the 1st September depending on the Royal Mail working practice in your area due to COVID19
THIS SHOULD NOT EFFECT THE PENSIONS PAYMENT WHICH IS RUN ON A DIFFERENT SYSTEM.
